The Japanese anime series with a dark fantasy theme, Attack on Titan will soon hit the screens for the fourth instalment. The anime follows the story of Hajime Isayama‘s manga series of the same name. Anime features post-apocalypse and action sequels. Attack on Titan Season 4: Release Date

We expected the fourth season of the series in October this year. But, on 24 September, Funimation officially announced that Attack on Titan Season 4 would premiere on 7 December 2020. There are some words about it to be like the third season. I mean that the showrunners can split as it into two parts with ten and twelve episodes respectively. If it genuinely happens, then we can hope the second half to premiere sometime in 2021. Just for you to know and to break the heart of fans, the fourth season is going to be the final season of the series. If you are in Japan, then mark the date 7 December and stay tuned to NHK. The season will stream on Crunchyroll for the rest part of the world soon after the Japanese premiere.

Attack on Titan Season 4: Plot

If you binge this anime, then I am more than sure that you have watched the trailer. The trailer teases some of the details of the plot of the upcoming season. The story sets in a completely different view in comparison to the previous seasons and seems somewhat like a post-world war. It will follow Eren and his team and feature events after the finale of the third season. And Misaka and Armin will also be there with him. I don’t want to give away spoilers for Attack on Titan Season 4, but if you can not contain your curiosity, then you can check the manga chapters after 90.

Attack on Titan Season 4: Storyline

The series has a fantastic storyline with action and emotions. The story is about a world where giants called Titans like to devour humans. At the same time, humans stay in areas enclosed within high protective walls. A group of Titans destroy one such barrier and cause mayhem and kill several people. Eren saw his mother eaten by a Titan and starts a quest to eradicate all of them. His friends later join Eren and form a team who have the same motive, to create a world free of Titans.
