Preacher Season 5: Jesse to likely come back with more exploration of powers of Genesis

Sam Catlin, Evan Goldberg, and Seth Rogen, developing Preacher, is an American TV series. Dominic Cooper, Joseph Gilgun, and Ruth Nigga are the ones starring the series. Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon created the series based on a comic book named the same, and DC Comic’s Vertigo imprint publishes the series. Review aggregation rotten tomato site has given an approval rating of 89%. Although the first season has received pretty excellent reviews from the critics, we all expect it to grow more.

Release Date: Preacher Season 5

Seth Rogen has confirmed the conclusion of his Preacher season with its’ 4^th one. But we are still hoping for a 5^th season for it. Can we see any light of hope for it? If the comic book that Garth Ennis and Steve Dillon wrote has an extension of it, then only we can look forward to another sequel of it. The debut season of it got released on May 22, 2016. After exactly one year later, the producer came up with its second season on June 25, 2017. The 3^rd and the 4^th season hit the screen on June 24, 2018, and August 4, 2019, respectively. The final season of it that the season 4 got concluded on September 29, 2019.

The Cast: Preacher Season 5

The possibility of having season 5 is pretty unsure. Now if it happens, then that maybe that of the following:

• Dominic Cooper will be playing Jesse Custer aka
• Ruth Negga will be playing assassin and lover Tulip.
• Joseph Gilgun will be playing Cassidy.
• Lucy Griffiths will be playing Emily Woodrow.

The above characters had cast on the last season so far. But additions, substitutions, and eliminations of characters are always welcome.

The Plot: Preacher Season 5

Jesse is a preacher leading a careless lifestyle. He becomes infused with extraordinary power. This power comes from the eagerness of him to find God. The power of Genesis is what he receives upon seeing the almighty. The first season of Preacher has done exceptionally well that it has reached almost 1 million views across the globe. But as the series continues with its’ sequel, it starts to fall; by the end of the 4^th season, only half of the million viewers have visited the site. So it is pretty unsure if there will be any 5^th season of it or not. The season has adapted the final story material of ‘Alamo.’ In between these seasons, it has skipped many characters; their related stories resulted in the exhaustion of the series. So if the producers are planning to have another sequel of it, then the chances are perhaps to extend the story that the writers will do or to come up with those arcs that got removed during previous seasons to link it with some unanswered questions. The 5^th season may come up with new power exploration of Jesse, who has reached the power of Genesis from God. Also, his personal life with his ex-girlfriend Tulip and another character Cassidy, may come up with their twist. But we cannot assume anything further, as the director has already announced the 4^th one to be the final season. But to overcome such exhaustion, the direction may take this season as a chance to recover the damages. Storyline: Preacher Season 5

The 4^th season starts with Jesse, who gets a vision of the apocalyptic vision of the future. Jesse and Tulip prepare for an all-out assault on Masada. Cassidy traps to a torturous fate struggles to hang on. Jesse takes off the for the searching of the mysterious rock formation that may be the last and final step of his journey. God gives him the chess piece of his Apocalypse. Tulip heads off for the rescue of Cassidy bit more than she can chew. And now she must undergo psychiatric care, the most horrifying thing she could imagine. Cassidy realizes his fault and the wrong decision he made one hundred years ago. Tulip reunites to head for saving Cassidy, and Eugene catches up with Preacher. Bloody fury of Saint of Killers tries to destroy this group. After saving Cassidy, he and Tulip come to Australia and get many fake identities to defeat Jesse. But the saint of Killers has the Preacher, and they are heading towards the explosive end. God uses him every trick in is the omniscient arsenal to divide them.

On the other hand, in Australia, Eugene gets out of prison. The story ends with the apocalyptic view of the world. God has already decided the fate of the world. The long journey of Preacher and his mates come to an end despite trying hard to save the world. This one is the summary of the previous seasons of the series that we have illustrated as short as possible.
