CHARACTERS OF SHIMONETA:
SHIMONETA is just another word for ‘vulgar slang’ or a dirty joke. And this gives entire justice to the given title by the author.

TANUKICHI OKUMA:
A son of an infamous terrorist, who was caught distributing the condoms in front of the Diet building as a form of protest to the government’s decisions. Tanukichi Okuma is himself showed interest in sexual activities from an early age. He has certainly low morale character unlike his childhood friend and crushes Anna. He later comes in contact with a girl called Ayame in his high school. While having a dilemma between both the girls, he finds himself pushing in more complicated situations.
AYAME KAJOU:
A rebel and a daughter of a disgraced Diet officer who got thrown out for protesting against the government officials. She, therefore, is against the government’s mortality law and campaigns under the nickname of ‘Blue Snow’. Where she hides her identity by putting panties on her face, she is also the Vice President of the student council in the school. And students don’t have any idea of her double role.
OTOME SAOTOME:
She is an artist who’s are displayed all over the institute. She always feels bored and has nothing to do with the attention and fame he got all over the school. She later joins the SOX group to learn the nude paint art and later fools the tracking device by drawing through her mouth.
ANNA NISHIKIYOMIYA:
Tanukichi’s childhood crush and even the president of the student council. She happens to be the opposite of other characters and accepts all laws regulated by the government. She wants the institute to be well maintained and won’t accept anybody to decrease its reputation like Blue Snow, and thus wants to expose it. She has also formed the SOX organization, front for all questionable behaviours imaginable.
