Fans are wondering ever since the ending of season 1 of The Promised Neverland that will it return for season 2. The Promised Neverland is an anime of Japan that premiered originally on Fuji TV. It is a science fiction dark fantasy thriller, made from the same name’s manga. Since its debut in 2019, the series received great reviews due to its visuals and art styles.

The Japanese name of the series is Yakusoku no Nebarando. However, season 1 left the viewers in a cliffhanger with the coming of more good adventures. The anime got renewed for another season in March 2019 just days after the release of the first season. But, it originally planned for release in October of this year. However, the same got postponed due to the Pandemic of COVID-19 to January 2021.

Furthermore, it will also show all about that happened to Norman. An introduction will take place for various demons such as sonju and Mujika. The Goldy Pond Arc and Search for Minerva Arc will take place in the season 2. Reality will also set in for the kids after their escape as it is not easy to survive in the real world. A live-action movie from Japan is also in production and on the way for releasing soon. It also differs slightly from the source material in the sense that the characters have aged up a little bit. Another news about the series, announced by Amazon regarding its development as a live-action TV show of America. However, there is not much development of the series, and the reception is also another thing as most of the time western adaptions of such things get mixed reviews.
