A bone-chilling adaptation of horror novels has become a rarity these days. However, Mike Flanagan seems to have nailed the formula with The Haunting of Hill House. The show has now become anthological, which means that each season adapts different stories. The Netflix series debuted with its first season in October 2018, consisting of ten episodes. Also, Mike based the first season on Shirley Jackson’s famous book of the same name.
